SOLUTION: The sound processor is provided with the assigning means for assigning the sound field of a 'HALL1', etc., and the acoustic effect (reverberation, sound field localization, etc.), corresponding to the sound field assigned by the assigning means is imparted to the sound signal (musical tone signal).
