<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer and its cuff belt than can measures correct blood pressure by holding up vibration of blood pulse vibration, fitting the measure part with the blood block part in the middle of the pressuring cuff, and holding up noise of cuff upstream, transmitted from the outside, particularly from the pressuring cuff to the measuring cuff, that remains after the blood flow is blocked. SOLUTION: A cuff belt has a pressuring cuff 11 that makes pressure on blood vessel, and a measuring cuff 12 that is disposed in about the middle part of the pressuring cuff along the blood flow direction for measuring the vibration generated by a blood pressure sensor 16. In order to hold up transmission of vibration of the pressuring cuff to the measuring cuff, a buffer material for absorbing the vibration in the pressuring cuff side and a rigid body for reflecting the vibration in measuring cuff side are arranged in the contact surface of the pressuring cuff and the measuring cuff, and a damper cuff 15 and a thin pipe 14 are arranged in the connection part of the pressuring cuff and the measuring cuff, furthermore a buffer material 13 is also disposed in the contact surface of the measuring cuff with the part to be measured of the pressuring cuff in the upstream part of the blood vessel.</p> |
