PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-based resin composition providing a oriented polyolefin film having excellent transparency, slipperiness, falling off resistance, etc. by using a fine particle of a cross-linked polymer containing a specific functional group as an antiblocking agent. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based resin (preferably a polypropylene-based resin), (B) 0.05-1.0 pt.wt. of a fine particle of a cross-linked polymer containing one or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group -COOH, a carboxylate -COOM (M is a metal of the group 1 or the group 2), epoxide of the formula, etc., in the polymer chain, having 0.3-10μm volume average particle diameter and (C) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a hydroxyl group-modified polyolefinbased resin having 1.0-100 mgKOH/g hydroxyl number defined by JIS K0070. |
