PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing jack convertible, favorable in workability, having strength, to be certainly fixed and having stability. SOLUTION: A reinforcing jack 1 has a cylindrical member 3 having an L-shaped seat surface which can be set on a flange end part of one end of an H-shape steel on an end part of a cylindrical part 3a and a support member 4 having an L-shaped seat surface which can be set on a flange end part of the other end of the H-shape steel 2 on an end part of a shaft part 4a, and the cylindrical part 3a of the cylindrical member 3 and the shaft part 4a of the support member 4 are free to move in the axial direction. Additionally, it has a pipe type wedge 5 free to move in a direction orthogonal with the axial direction and arranged between the cylindrical part 3a of the cylindrical member 3 and a head part 4c of the support member 4 and a regulating member A to move this pipe type wedge 5 in the direction orthogonal with the axial direction on the shaft part 4a of the support member 4, and it is constituted free to reinforce by setting it between both of the flange end parts 2a, 2c of the H-shape steel 2.
