PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the space section of a block main body in any shape and to form the large space section without being restricted by the shape or structure of a form by forming the space section opened on the surface side of the block main body, and closing the space section with a cover frame block provided with a decoration section and an opening section. SOLUTION: Vertical reinforcing bar holes 21 are bored at the middle in the depth direction of an oblong thick-plate-like block main body 2 integrally molded with concrete, and a space section 23 opened on the obverse surface side is formed on the front side. A projection 25 and a recess 26 extending in the lateral direction are provided on the upper and lower faces of the block body 2. A thick-plate-like cover frame block 3 is provided with a decoration section 32 on the surface side of a plate-like portion 31 and a coupling step section 33 on the reverse surface side, and opening sections 24 penetrating the decoration section 32 are provided. The cover frame block 3 is put on the opening section 24 of the space section 23 of the block main body 2, the opening sections 34 are locked on the inner face of a wall section 22, fixing pieces 36 are fixed and faced on fixing sections 27, and the opening section 24 is closed and fixed with the cover frame block 3.
