PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent pitting corrosion even if the concn. of a corrosive anion is high without generating a heat-transfer obstruction by blending a compd. composed of primary to tertiary amines and an organic sulfur compd. by specified amounts to form an aq. soln. SOLUTION: A compd. such as higher alkylamine, higher alkenylamine shown by the formula of R1-NH2, R1R2-NH, R1R2R3-N among R1 to R3, at least one contains (CH2CH2O)x and, in the compd., C are 20 to 30, and (x) is 3 to 6} of 0.1 to 10 wt.% and an organic sulfur compd. shown by the formula of R4-S-R5 (R4 and R5 are a 1 to 20C aryl group or an alkyl group, and, at least either has a carbonyl group or a carboxyl group) of >=0.1% are incorporated, and, if required, a phosphorus-contg. compd. of <=1% expressed in terms of PO4 and an azole compd. are added to obtain a water base anticorrosive. By using this anticorrosive at the holding concn. of 20 to 200 mg/l, corrosion caused by low-medium concentrated water is prevented without nutrient-enriching a lake and marsh.
