PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reproduce a polishing margin when it does not exist, by placing a copper plate on a gap between a wall surface of a stepped mount part formed by notching one edge of a tip body and a side surface of the sintered body blank, and fixing the wall surface of the stepped mount part and the copper plate, and the side surface of the sintered body blank and the copper plate by the soldering. SOLUTION: In a throw-away tip separable into a tip body 1 made of hard metal and the sintered body blank 2 mounted on one edge of the tip body 1, and demountably mounted on, for example, a cutter for rectangular shaping, a stepped mount part 6 notched into the rectangular shape in plan view, is formed on a corner part of an upper surface of the tip body 1. The sintered body blank 2 obtained by integrally sintering the very high pressure sintered body 3 such as CBN, PCD or the like and the hard metal 4 under very high temperature and pressure in a laminated state is mounted on a wall surface 8 of the stepped mount part 6 through a copper plate 5, and these three are bonded by soldering. Whereby the diminished sintered blank can be recycled.
