PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purification filter apparatus applicable to purification of water of a water tank for aquarium fishes and plants or other purposes, usable while being immersed in water, simple and miniaturized and economical to be manufactured, and capable of efficiently and simultaneously carrying out aeration and water purification, to provide a water purification filter apparatus frame for the apparatus, and a member for installing the water purification filter. SOLUTION: This water purification filter apparatus A comprises a bottom tray member 1, one or more members 2 attachable to the bottom tray member 1 for installing water purification filters, and water-permeable water purification filters 3 to be attached to the members 2 for installing water purification filters. The bottom tray member 1 has an upper end opening 11 and is provided with an air jetting nozzle 13 uprightly installed toward the opening 11. Each member 2 for installing water purification filters comprises a central cylindrical body 21 and a flange part 22 in the lower end part of the central cylindrical body 21. The central cylindrical body 21 is enabled to connect members 21 with one another and fitted in the outer circumference of the air jetting nozzle 13 at a gap from the circumference.
