PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner, capable of generating minus ion in air while retaining a comfortable humidity, and a minus ion generator, employed for the air conditioner. SOLUTION: A minus ion generator 3, a humidifier 4 and a dehumidifier 5 are equipped in a casing 2 while the humidifier 4 and the dehumidifier 5 are arranged in the upstream side in the passing direction of air with respect to the minus ion generator 3. According to this constitution, a humidity in air can be regulated by the humidifier 3 and the dehumidifier 5 while minus ion can be generated in air by the minus ion generator 3. Accordingly, the minus ion in the air can be increased while retaining a comfortable humidity. |
