PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information read method and its system by which complicated operability, possibility of mis-setting and deterioration in the processing efficiency are improved. SOLUTION: A CPU 101a discriminates whether or not the information processing units that are designated as output destinations are printers 103, 105, and in the case that the information processing units are discriminated to be the printers 103, 105, whether or not page sequential processing is required is discriminated. When it is discriminated that the page sequential processing is required, a type of the page sequential processing required for is discriminated, and the CPU 101a controls a scanner 101 to apply the page sequential processing of the discriminated type to a page of read information. |
