<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a fastening part to recycling by providing a metal insert having an inner screw integrated with a plastic body having, at least, two lock parts. SOLUTION: Two grooves in which projections 26 of a tip-shaped fastening component 20 are fitted are penetratingly formed in a through hole 19 of a boss 18 integrally molded with a plastic housing 10. A truncated-cone-shaped metal insert 24 having an inner screw (screw seat) and two hemispherical projections 26 and integrally inserted in a plastic body 22 is simultaneously molded with the body 22 in molding or press fitted into a hole formed after molding the body 22. In dismantling a notebook-sized personal computer, a plurality of screws 16 threadedly engaged with the internal screws of the metal insert 24 are loosened and drawn out through a through hole 13 so that the tip-shaped fastening component 20 and a printed wiring board 12 are easily separated from the plastic housing 10, thus recycling the tip-shaped fastening component 20.</p> |
