<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly convey an assembly part to a prescribed spot by a simpler means. SOLUTION: A large-sized part 13 is conveyed by a carrier means 16 and a small sized part 18 related to this large-sized part 13 is simultaneously conveyed by a sub-carrier means 20 suspended in the carrier means 16. The small-sized part 18 is dropped down by tilting the sub-carrier means 20 in a prescribed spot to direct this small-sized part 18 toward a main assembly line 11. In this way, the small-sized part related to the large-sized part can be accurately conveyed by a very simple constitution comprising the sub-carrier means, shooter means and kick means without depending on computer control. Accordingly, an assembly part conveyer device can be equipped at a reduced cost.</p> |
