PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a waste generating amount as much as possible in the case of replacing by easily repairing and replacing a reflector, a heater and the like installed in a furnace body in the state that its holding properties are secured. SOLUTION: An overall furnace body 10 has a structure in which the body 10 is contained in a glove-box 12, and the body has in combination a container- like furnace body 14 having a side cover 18 and a ceiling cover 16. The body 10 has a space for receiving an object 20 to be sintered at an inner center, heaters 22 provided at both sides of the space, and a reflector unit 24 installed to surround the space including the heaters 22 by four sides and a bottom. The reflector unit has many wheels at its bottom and is protrudable and retractable by opening the side cover. The unit is assembled with reflectors 40 segmented in size to be bagged in or out of the glove-box. Thus, the reflector can be replaced in the state that holding properties are secured.
