PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescence lamp for uniformizing the emitting light and improved in light emitting luminance by solving a problem in an interface between a light emitting layer and the other layer. SOLUTION: An electroluminescence lamp is formed by laminating a transparent electrode 5 formed on a transparent film 4, a light emitting layer 3 by dispersing phosphor powder in a fluororesin, a reflecting insulating layer 2 by dispersing high dielectric powder in a fluororesin and a back electrode 1. In this case, the transparent electrode 5 is covered with a thin film 6 of a fluororesin, and an intermediate layer 7 composed of resin is formed between the reflecting insulating layer 2 and the light emitting layer 3.
