PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent water from entering a connector housing by improving waterproofness of the inside surface of the electric wire support part of the connector housing. SOLUTION: This waterproof connector 1 has a connector housing 2 having the electric wire support part 4 drawn in the rear of a terminal housing chamber 3 for a connecting terminal 41 for fixing an electric wire 40, a cover 8 for covering the electric wire support part 4 of the connector housing 2, a housing side seal material 10 and a cover side seal material 11 for securing waterproofness by sandwiching the electric wire 40. The housing side inclined part 16 having a backward inclining slope 15 is provided in both side parts inside of the electric wire support part 4 of the connector housing 2. The cover side inclined part 18 having an inclined face 17 corresponding to the slope 15 of the housing side inclined part 16 is provided on both sides inside of the cover 8. The housing side seal material 10 is a rectangular frame shape having the side seal part 19 on both sides and having the front seal part 20 on the front end and the rear seal part 21 on the rear end.
