PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the working processes and reduce the time and labor by housing a pipe cut into a determined length dimension in a heat retaining cylinder formed of halved molded products having a groove for inserting the pipe formed therein, and integrating and precasting them together by use of a fastening tool from the outside of the heat retaining cylinder. SOLUTION: For the heat retaining work to a pipe 1, a heat retaining cylinder 2 formed of halved molded products having a groove 2b for inserting the pipe 1 formed in the inner part is used. In construction, the pipe 1 is put in the groove 2a so as to be nipped from both sides, and the whole body is integrated by a fastening tool 4 consisting of a band 4a, a bolt 4b, and a nut 4c from the outer surface side. Examples the starting material of the heat retaining cylinder 2 used for heat retaining work include urethane, glass wool and rock wool. Thus, since this fan coil piping unit is patterned, formation of a working diaphragm can be performed only by sticking a piping module onto a mount and facilitated.
