PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively mitigate impact force from a movable body such as a vehicle or a conveyance body to connected objects connected to the movable body such as a seated person or luggage with a shock absorber, and to quickly restore the relative position of the movable body and the connected objects to its original state when the shock absorber is released from the impact force afterwards. SOLUTION: First and second members 19 and 20 are provided facing each other in a direction A. A super absorbable elastic body 21 and a common elastic body 22 elastically deformable in the direction A are provided between the first and second members 19 and 20. The super absorbable elastic body 21 and the common elastic body 22 are arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the direction A.
