PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upwardly, downwardly rock the back and forth of a cargo bed with a simple structure and at a low cost, and to rollably, returnably drive the cargo bed part to assure multipurpose, for transporting agricultural crops, miscellaneous goods, and the like as well as a trailer for transporting a working machine. SOLUTION: This multipurpose trailer is provided with a connecting part for traction at the front F, a machine casing 14 for loading wheels; a cargo bed supported on the machine easing 14 in which the back and forth are upwardly, downwardly rocked and rollable and returnable, an upward, downward rocking drive 18 for upwardly, downwardly rocking the back and forth of the cargo bed part; and a rolling drive 20 for rollably, treturnably driving the cargo bed part. The cargo bed part of the trailer is allowed upward, downward rocking and roll driving. The trailer, itself, is used for transportation or for working.
