PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a smooth vibration to be carried out and enable noise to be reduced due to absorption of inertia force caused by a reciprocating motion of a vibrating rod with a flexible connecting member by a method wherein a packing bag is placed on a vibration receiving member and the reciprocatable vibrating rod connected to the vibration receiving member is reciprocated through the flexible connecting member. SOLUTION: Stored contents are stored in a packing bag 1 while it is opened and then the bag 1 is placed on a vibration receiving member 2. This vibration receiving member 2 has a U-shaped section and this is fixed to a vibrating rod 3 through supporting rod s 5A, 5B. Then, a vibrating cam lever 30 is oscillated through a cam roller 32 under the rotation of a vibrating cam 31 so as to pull a flexible connecting member 20 or return it to its original state. The vibrating rod 3 repeats its reciprocating motion through the operation of the connecting member 20, generates a reciprocating motion of the vibration receiving member 2 and applies a vibrating action against the packing bag 1. Then, since the connecting member 20 has a flexibility, its inertia force is absorbed to enable the occurrence of noise to be restricted and at the same time a smooth vibration can be carried out.
