PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a sleeve section for containing a sprinkler head side and to facilitate work for maintaining/changing a duct. SOLUTION: An opening surface 11a1 of a lower end opening section 11a is positioned at a ceiling surface 14a and an opening surface 11b1 of an upper end opening section 11b is buried in a ceiling slab 14 in a gradient state at a smaller angle than 90 deg. against the ceiling surface 14a in a cylindrical container 11 open at an upper side and a lower side. A shield pipe 12 having an internal diameter larger than an external diameter of a duct 21 of a sprinkler fire extinguishing facility 20 is connected with the upper end opening section 11b of the container 11. The duct 21 is inserted penetrating from an end of an opposite side of the container 11 of the shield pipe 12 into interiors of the shield pipe 12 and the container 11 (a sleeve section) in the state that one end is disposed within the interior of the container 11. A sprinkler head 22 is assembled to one end of the duct 21, and a smoothly planed plate 13 for covering the opening surface 11a1 is detachably mounted from a room side 31 on the lower end opening section 11a of the container 11.
