PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate card data for a name card or the like based on a picture photographed at an optional place and information relating to the picture and to store the card data in a retrievable manner. SOLUTION: A memory card 4 stores routine data consisting of character data, image data or moving image data generated in a form of the HTML, a camera section 2 photographs a picture and an operation section 15 is used to enter various item data such as a name and an explanation, then a main control section 10 registers the image data or the item data at a prescribed position of the routine data to generate name card data and the memory card 4 stores the name card data via a memory device I/F 13.
