PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the wet heat deterioration and to improve the durability by using a rubber composition including a rubber component and a porous inorganic filler in a member disposed on an outer surface in the tire radial direction, of a belt layer. SOLUTION: A member disposed on an outer surface in the tire radial direction, of a belt layer is made of a rubber composition including a porous inorganic filler. The rubber composition includes a rubber component and the porous inorganic filler, and any rubber component can be used, for example, the rubber component same as that usually used in a tred can be used. As the rubber component, natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber can be included. The porous inorganic filler comprises the moisture absorbing property and the water feed property, and includes the water to some degree when it is blended in the rubber composition. This water is released in the kneading and vulcanization, and the porous inorganic filler after releasing the water, absorbs the water intruding from the external, whereby the intrusion of the water to the belt layer can be prevented.
