PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a misalignment amount at high speed even when the position deviation amount is detected for each of many small compensation object areas by arranging a template in each of the compensation object areas divided in plural respectively and using a predicted value which predicts the misalignment amount of other templates from the misalignment amount of a prescribed template. SOLUTION: A real template setting means 7 reads reference picture data 2 and generates template data 1 of data in a specific area in the reference picture data 2. Moreover, a detailed position of the real template which is suitable to matching operation in the area of the template and is to be actually used, is set. A search range becomes narrower by using a predicted value predicting the misalignment amount of other templates from the misalignment amount of this real template and the amount of misalignment is detected at high speed. Thus, it is possible to detect the amount of misalignment at high speed even when the amount of misalignment is detected for each of plural small compensation object areas. |
