PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-drying sealer composition having sealability and operability better than or equal to conventional ones, without using an organic solvent. SOLUTION: This non-drying sealer composition is suitable for sealing a gap between a metal plate flange 26 and the inside of a trim part 14 by filling the inside of the trim part 14 of a weather strip 12 of an automobile. The sealer base material is a liquid rubber. The subsidiary materials are a tuckifier and a thixotropy providing agent. The dispersing medium is a process oil.
