PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread steam, hair restorers and others evenly over a scalp, stimulate or massage a scalp, improve the setting of a hair restoration cap on a head, and facilitate a selection between the sealing and opening states of the circumferential seal portion of the cap. SOLUTION: A hair restoration cap 11 comprises a flexible bowllike cap body 13, a multitude of projections 27 projecting inward of the cap body 13, an annular circumferential seal portion 17 placed along the opening edge of the cap body 13 and having a hollow into which air is forced so that it inflates inward into close contact with head sides to seal them, and a port 15 mounted on the cap body 13 to allow an inflow or outflow of fluid into or from the cap body 13.
