PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeating method of broadcast, which is affected especially by the flying object such as an airship that stays in the stratosphere. SOLUTION: In this method, stationary satellite broadcast repeating where broadcast radio waves from stationary satellites Sb and Sc are prevented from being affected by the flying object A such as an airship staying in the stratosphere is executed. In such a case, the satellite signal radio wave is retransmitted from an another flying object B where the radio wave stays in a direction that can be spatially separated from the stationary satellite broadcast radio wave to radio wave obstacle areas Bb and Bc where the satellite broadcast radio wave is affected by the flying object A in a frequency band identical with the stationary satellite broadcast radio wave by the directional characteristic of a ground reception antenna.
