PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control selection of a data bus, to connect a data flow and to attain the reconnection without changing the control logic by selecting the data effective output of a selector as the one that become active as long as an input data bus is selected. SOLUTION: Each of scalable selectors 305, 306, 313 and 316 selects a single input bus at most and carries it up to an output data bus. If a certain input data bus is selected, the data effective output of the selector becomes active. Then the data effective signal is used to send the data to the remaining part of a network with no following intervention required for control of the next stage. The data effective output of the selector 305, for example, is connected to a control signal. Meanwhile, the orthogonal check output of the selector 305 is connected to a control signal 311.
