PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder rolling mill capable of producing a thin plate of a powder rolled sheet in desired density. SOLUTION: This powder rolling mill is provided with rolling mill rolls 1, 2 provided in a pair in parallel with the transverse direction so as to keep a required roll gap 4, a weir plate 9 for forming a powder feed space 8 between the upper outside peripheral surface of the rolling mill roll 1 and itself and a powder feeding device 11 for feeding powder onto the outside peripheral surface of the rolling mill roll 1 between the top of at least one rolling mill roll 1 and the weir plate 9. By this method, the roll gap 4 can be fed with the powder in a small quantity.
