PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cohesiveness, adhesiveness and anchoring effectiveness of a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive by blending a specific diorganopolysiloxane, an organopolysiloxane resin, an allylether compound, a polyorganosiloxane, a platinum catalyst and an organic solvent. SOLUTION: This adhesive is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of a mixture or a partial condensation product of a crude rubber-like diorganopolysiloxane having at least one Si-bonded alkenyl group in the molecule on average and an organopolysiloxane resin which comprises siloxane units of formulas I and II and have a mol ratio of the siloxane unit of formula I to that of formula II of 0.5-1.0 with 0.01-5 pts.wt. of an allylether compound, a polyorganosiloxane having at least two, on average, Si-bonded H in its molecule in the amount such that 0.7-10.0 mol of Si-bonded H be present to 1 mol of an aliphatic unsaturated group, a platinum catalyst in the amount such that 0.1-1,000 ppm of a platinum metal be present to the organosiloxane components and 5-500 pts.wt. of an organic solvent.
