PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact disk(CD) holder wherein a CD can be easily put in/out, a received state is stable, the holder is thin and CDs can be efficiently received. SOLUTION: Surface and rear cover sheets 11, 12 made of a flexible synthetic resin and a partition sheet 13 positioned between the cover sheets 11, 12 are overlaid, and outer peripheries of the cover sheets 11, 12 and the partition sheet 13 are fused with one another to form a base sheet 15. Disk housings 20A, 20B, 20C are formed by partially fusing the cover sheets 11, 12 and the partition sheet 13 corresponding to an exterior of an outer periphery of a compact disk(CD), a lateral slit 21 in a horizontal direction which is longer than a diameter of the CD is provided on the cover sheets in the middle of a center hole and an upper outer periphery of the CD, and longitudinal slits 22,23 in a vertical direction are provided connected with both ends of the lateral slit 21 to form an upper cover 24 and a lower cover 25.
