PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box having a structure in which it does not take much volume when folded flat during its transportation or storage and it can be set at once to a state where it can be used as a box having double side walls in the case that the goods are stored, packed, transported and shipped. SOLUTION: This easy assembling type box A with a frame is comprised of a parallelogram double-side wall including a bottom plate 1, a pair of side plates 2, a frame plate (b) and an inside plate 3 at opposing sides of the bottom plate 1; and a parallelogram double-side wall including the bottom plate 1, a pair of side plates 4, a frame plate (d) and an inside plate 5, wherein a fixing plate 5a of the inside plate 5 at its outer end is connected to and fixed to the bottom plate 1, thereby it can be raised up and folded flat.
