PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the safety flight by operating a flight control system by a hydraulic fluid filled in an accumulator over the whole flight control range, and confirming the secure operation of the flight control system. SOLUTION: An accumulator 1 is used as a hydraulic source in the pre-flight check. The accumulator 1 as the hydraulic source for pre-flight check is connected to a switching device 013 through an accumulator line 2. When an ordinary flight control system is operated, the discharged oil from a hydraulic pump 08 driven by an engine is fed to a hydraulic equipment 011 as the hydraulic fluid through a hydraulic feed pipe 012, the switching device 013 and the hydraulic feed pipe 012 to operate most of flight control devices such as a main flight control device by the flight control operation over the whole flight control range.
