PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply force and to enable smooth operation in the case of manually elevating a storing device by disposing a slide rail at an angle to the storing device, and elevating an elevating rack installed in a comparatively elevated spot such as a wall surface or the like along the inclination. SOLUTION: A flat type spiral spring 3 has one end fixed to a fitting 2 fitted to an outer casing 1, and the other end fixed to a shaft 4 fixed on the top plate of a moving rack 6 through a fitting 5. The moving rack 6 has both side parts movably supported on slide rails 7a, 7b of an expansion structure fitted at an angleθof inclination to the side of the outer casing 1. The used flat type spiral spring 3 is set to spring force such that the weight of the moving rack 6 which stores goods and the restoring force are balanced. Balance weights 8a or/and 8b are removably installed in suitable places of the moving rack 6 according to the weight of the stored goods. Thus, the moving rack 6 can be always lightly elevated regardless of the weight of the moving rack 6.
