摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable proper pressure control by eliminating continuous vibration of a model by replacing a value of exchanged volume with a value of the volume to be exchanged via a value within specified time intervals when the value of the exchanged volume is larger than the value of the volume to be exchanged in first and second volume storage periods. SOLUTION: Difference VA between volumes corresponding to the volume before pressure variation of the first volume storage device occurs and the varied pressure is determined and equilibrium pressure peq for the entire volume which is changed in this way is determined by a microprocessor. And the volume Veq of the first volume storage device corresponding to the pressure is determined. New volume to be exchanged to achieve pressure equilibrium by the volume storage device is provided by the differenceΔVeq=VA1-VAeq. Therefore,ΔV is compared with the differenceΔVeq by the microprocessor,ΔV is replaced by the differenceΔVeq when the value of the differenceΔVeq is explicitly smaller and is used as an evaluation value of volume variation for a work cycle.
