PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that is free from the occurrence of wire breaking abnormality, by housing an electrode made of tungsten or molybdenum, and a heating element made of a carbon material connected to the electrode, in a transparent pipe that transmits near infrared rays or heat rays or far infrared rays of wavelengths not less than a specific value. SOLUTION: For a transparent pipe 1, a pipe made of quartz glass of 8 mm in inner diameter and 1 mm in wall thickness is used, which transmits near infrared rays or heat rays or far infrared rays of wavelengths not less than 1μm. A heating element 2 is connected to a first coil 3 by screwing the heating element 2 made of a carbon substance into the first coil 3 made of tungsten wire or molybdenum wire. The coefficient of linear expansion of the carbon material is 5×10-6/ deg.C to 6×10-6/ deg.C while the coefficient of linear expansion of tungsten or molybdenum is 5×10-6/ deg.C, thus the two are substantially equal. Disconnection of the heating element 2 from the first coil 3 is not caused by repeating heat generation and ordinary temperatures.
