FIELD: railway track equipment. SUBSTANCE: track switch has base with rails of straight track and side track with stops, movable rails of main track, drive unit and rod-slide with lock. Rod-slide connects drive unit with movable rails. Rod-slide is pivotally connected with lock by two pairs of links 10, 11 which are installed so as to allow for alternate taking such position of each pair in which three pivoted joints of pair are lying in one straight line. Rod-slide is also connected with yoke 14 of drive unit by means of pin 13 entering slot 12 made in end of rod-slide. Yoke 14 is rigidly connected with strip 15 with cams 16 installed under movable pivoted joints of each pair 10, 11 in position when three pairs are lying in one straight line. Base of lock 9 is provided with stop 17. Application of aforesaid embodiment of railway track switch allows for reducing power needed for operation of drive unit.
