FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pressure pipeline with nozzles, drain pipeline and protective housing. Driving and driven wheels are mounted on frame and provided with tension belt carrying wick-type tape with outskirt. Auxiliary frame is covered with protective housing. Working fluid is discharged from nozzles to form finely dispersed cloud for wetting plants. Wick-type tape outskirt is adapted for sweeping dust and distributing liquid drops over plant surface. Finely dispersed cloud is kept from dissipating by protective housing. Such construction reduces consumption of working fluid. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of plant treatment. 1 dwg
