MACHINE FOR REGENERATION OF HOMOGENEOUS WASTES

FIELD: textile industry; applicable in spinning, in train of process equipment of bale-sliver opening-picking units and in processing of wastes. SUBSTANCE: machine has identic symmetrically arranged unit including feeding, processing and separating sections. Each unit has additional receiving drum with group of saw-toothed rollers located under receiving drum. Mounted before group of saw-toothed rollers is trash mower knife. Installed above receiving drum is pair of feeding rollers located coaxially to pair of discharge rollers of double flow bin of corresponding unit. Mounted under receiving drums of adjacent sections is single system of collection and discharge of secondary wastes, and fiber discharge air ducts of machine units are combined into single air duct. EFFECT: extended process potentialities of machine, higher efficiency of opening and trash separation from fibrous mass. 1 dwg
