FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying a course of external laser radiation treatment to the area of thymus, spleen, right and left lobes of the liver. Power density is 12.8 mW/cm2. Radiation power is 1.6 10-3 W. General exposure time is 1.5-2 min. The number of sessions is 10-12. Then, 2-5 sessions of cytopheresis with a half volume of plasma received during cytopheresis is returned to the patient. The rest of the plasma is frozen at -4-6 C during 22-25 h. Then the plasma is defrosted at the room temperature, centrifuged, and the produced plasma over the sediment is frozen at -22-35 C during 22-25 h. Then the plasma is defrosted at the room temperature, centrifuged, and the produced plasma over the sediment is also returned to the patient.
