PROCESS TO ACHIEVE STABILITY OF TECHNOLOGICAL PURIFICATION OF SEWAGE IN SYSTEM AEROTANK-SECONDARY SETTLING TANK WITH SIMULTANEOUS REDUCTION OF OVERALL DIMENSIONS OF THIS SYSTEM

FIELD: purification of sewage water. SUBSTANCE: invention is specifically related to operation of system "aerotank-secondary settling tank" under conditions of nonuniform flow rate of water entering aerotank. To provide for constant flow rate of water discharged from aerotank sewage water is pumped from aerotank into secondary settling tank with the aid of airlift adjusted for constant average hourly flow rate of water. Realization of proposed process results in stability of technological purification of sewage water, in 1.5-2.5 time reduction of area of water in secondary settling tank depending of daily flow rate of water, in decreased amount of air delivered into air- operated aeration tanks. EFFECT: increased stability of technological purification of sewage.
