FIELD: corset-type articles used for medical and other purposes. SUBSTANCE: therapeutic-banding article has elastic band provided with abdomen receiving cavity made in its front part, catching up belt connected to elastic breeches, and supporting bones. Catching up belt is configured and arranged so as to provide full embracing and supporting of abdominal cavity. Elastic band is made in the form of closed surface. Catching up belt is stitched at elastic band and breeches junction part, and bones retaining tape is stitched to reverse side of catching up belt. The version of therapeutic-banding article for women has wide catching up strip stitched to its front part and provided with fastener positioned for embracing abdominal cavity. EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved supporting of abdominal cavity, keeping normal blood circulation and intensified prelim abdominale and pelvic fundus muscular contraction. 3 cl, 8 dwg
