PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric flash light emission synchro-shutter device which is synchronized with a high-speed shutter by obtaining accurate electric flash light emission timing and also by which a longer synchro-time is obtained. SOLUTION: An optical element 2 is installed at a specified position before a position where a front curtain is totally opened. It is detected that the front curtain passes the position, and counting for a specified time is executed by a time counting part 6. When the specified time passes, a signal to turn on a stroboscope is outputted. and an electronic switch 8 is turned on by an electric flash light emission controlling part 7. An electric flash light emitting part 9 is triggered, and starts to emit light. Electric flash light emission is accurately executed without causing chattering at the point of time reaching the time when the front curtain is totally opened, so that it corresponds to a high-speed shutter.
