摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for honing of holes. The device has two washers positioned on each side of bearing. Washers have nonparallel end faces made at angle alpha/2 with provision for continuous regulation of slope angle from zero to alpha. The device also includes tie-rods shaped as laminated springs and bushing with external diameter D. In addition, thrust bearing is made double and positioned at angle alpha to plane of rotation by means of washers. Bushing is press-fitted in middle race of double bearing and coupled to bar holders through tie-rods in order to impart vibration movement with amplitude Ar to bar holders. The amplitude is determined from relation Ar = D cosalpha. The device makes it possible to enhance working efficiency by several fold without worsening of worked surface quality. In this case, tool strength is two and more times as high as that during traditional abrasive working. EFFECT: reduced power consumption. 3 dwg
