FIELD: medicine, pharmacology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formulas of new drugs and methods of treatment of bacterial and viral infections. Curative-prophylactic preparation in solid and soft forms has a base, bacterial mass of alive bacteria-eubiotics and biologically active components showing immunomodulating, regenerative and protective effect being the latter are the following agents: lysozyme or alpha-2-interferon, or hyaluronic acid, or lysozyme and hyaluronic acid, or alpha-2-interferon and hyaluronic acid. Preparation has additionally vitamins E and C. Dried bacterial mass of the strain of Bifidobacterium bifidum N 791 or LBA-3, or the strain Lactobacillus acidophilus 317/402 or the mixture of indicated strains at ratio 1:1 at the total amount 1 x 107 CFU per a dose, not less, or strains Lactobacillus acidophilus 100 H, Lactobacillus acidophilus NK1, Lactobacillus acidophilus K3ÿ24 at ratio 1:1:1 at the total amount 1 x 107 CFU per a dose, not less, at the following ratio of components in drug, mg: dried bacterial mass of bacteria-eubiotics, 10.0-100.0; biologically active components, 0.01-100.0; vitamin E, 6.0-10.0; vitamin C, 1.0-2.0; base, up to 2000 mg. Treatment with proposed preparation is carried out by its simultaneous oral, intravaginal and/or rectal routes of administration.
