The system comprises a first pane (2) mounted to a carriage (4) and a second pane (3) mounted to a second carriage (5), both being pivotally mounted at (6). A manual wind mechanism (14,15,16) positions each pane and carriage in a position such that it can be wound by the motor drive assemblies (12,13).
