PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate illuminating light, first into a narrow gap without enlarging the tip of an arm member, and second only during performing a series of operation from automatically lighting/extinguishing a light source device to search and grip an object. SOLUTION: A narrow gap inside can be illuminated from a tip without providing an electric lamp, etc., on the tip of an arm member 2, because a light source device 14 is arranged in an operation part 4 formed on the rear end side of the arm member 2, and the light of the device 14 is irradiated from a grip part 3 via a light guide 7 inserted into an operation cable 5. Illuminating light can be irradiated only during performing a series of operation from opening the grip part 3 to grip an object without performing switch operation frequently, through operating an operation element 12 by providing the said element 12 for opening/closing the grip part 3, and a switch 15 for lighting/extinguishing the device 14 interlocking with the movement of the piece 12, on the operation part 4.
