The bearing has its outer or inner (1) ring fitted with a plastic ring (5) which forms a guide shoulder for the bearing rollers (3). The inner face of the plastic ring has a recess (6) containing a metal thrust ring (7) made from a section of a cut and flattened spiral-wound strip. The plastic ring is fitted to the bearing ring by means of a flexible and conical anchoring lip (9) engaging with a toothed recess (4).
