<p>The apparatus comprises an outer casing with a base, at least one side wall, and a top, within which are located a drum (12), typically with a curved side wall (20) and first (22) and second (24)end walls, an agitator and a liquid retainer (14). The liquid retainer and a side wall (8) have aligned ports (16) through which an end portion of the drum (12) may reversibly travel between a first retracted position and a second extended position. The travel of the drum out of the side wall to the extended position allows access to at least one aperture (26) in the curved side wall (20) of the drum (12).</p> |
