A REMOTE CONTROLLER FOR MULTIPATH SMART SWITCHES AND A SMART MULTI-PURPOSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR RESIDENCES

A remote controller for multipath smart switches and a smart multi-purpose management system for residences comprising a remote controller, a principal controller, a pronunciation box, an infrared ray receiving means, an automatically detecting means and turning off means are disclosed. Both of the remote controller and the principal controller include a programmable controller respectively. There are smart and non-smart type of the smart multipurpose management system according to different natures of the controlling means and the data collecting means. Two systems of type are operated in a broadcasting and a non-broadcasting modes respectively during communications. Also the functions of the systems can be increased or decreased to construct a subsystem for supplying water, a subsystem for recognizing an electrical cipher lock and a subsystem for reading a water meter and so on, when necessary.
