The invention has disclosed a keyboard which it can input english words continuously using a small number of keys and thereof input method. Keys arrangement of the keyboard may be now available or particular computer keyboard arrangement, telephone keyboard arrangement et al. and english word coded plan which english word repeating code rate is minimum has been selected based on large number of english word repeating code statistic and comparative result, and thereof simplifying rule of simplifying english input method and producing english word coded data bank. Thereby english words can be input continuously by using only 2-13 keys of said keyboard depending on the correct spelling of english word or word root simplifying rule.
